We design with intention. Our gems are each cut with exacting accuracy and specialized cuts to maximize its beauty and character.

What is the return policy?
You may return the gemstone within 5 days of delivery for a full refund if the following conditions are met:
- The gemstone must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
- You are responsible for securely packaging the gemstone and sending it with tracking and insurance.
- Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned gemstone.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the gemstone is returned damaged or altered in any way.
Do we do custom commissions?
We accept a limited number of custom commissions at a time. If you have a specific gemstone in mind, or if you notice a gem you love that’s sold out, please reach out through our contact form - we’d be happy to chat with you.
How much does shipping cost?

What if you don't ship to my country?
We are currently working on expanding our shipping network outside of Canada and the US. Please reach out through our contact form and we'll see if we can get a gem to you. Additional charge may apply depending on location.
Do you have trade pricing?
We do offer individualized pricing codes for designers! Please email us to check if you are eligible for trade pricing. We also welcome jewellery students to reach out as well!
